Quality of Service (QoS) is not a speed measure but a measure of data flow consistency. If the data is fast-slow-fast-slow the percentage will drop. This behaviour is usually caused by congestion (too much traffic) or regulation (intentional ISP delays, a bit like traffic lights on the road). A high percentage indicates consistent and even data flow. Above 90% is good. Keep in mind, you can have a slow connection which shows a 99% QoS.

Max Delay
Max Delay is the maximum amount of time spent waiting for data to arrive. This should not exceed the RTT by much on a good connection. If it is very high then it may indicate a severe quality problem on the connection and data is being dropped. This can be verified by reviewing the graph tab. The graph tab shows all the delays not just the max delay.

TCP Max Route Speed
TCP Max Route Speed is the maximum speed a connection can sustain reported in Mbps or Kbps. Depending on the RTT time the speed of a route becomes limited by the length not the connection speed (see RTT). When this happens the throughput of the connection is reduced because TCP is forced to idle while it waits for data to arrive.

Test type
Test type is either SOCKET or HTTP. Socket-to-socket is the best test to fathom the maximum throughput because it is adapter-to-adapter and can accommodate 100Mbps and above. However HTTP test is not very accurate above 10Mbps. Testing and comparing HTTP and TCP results can be useful in identifying packet shaping interference.
