The Manage remote Agents screen lists the agents that are already running and allows the user to create, change or delete a remote agent as shown in the example opposite.

Remote Agents provide the ability to automate any test process at any remote location for any length of time. Remote Agents are centrally managed at the MyConnection Server® and provide a number of significant advantages over browser testing. The agent test process:

  • Does not involve the end user
  • Can run over extended periods of time to identify erratic congestion issues
  • Can run many different types of test
  • Can test to different MyConnection Server®s
  • Can use Satellite Servers
